We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products! If you should find it necessary to exchange or return any item(s), please follow these simple directions.

1. Please email us with your order  information and reason for return. Our Customer Service will provide RMA number (Return Authorization). All returns must be in the manufacturer’s original box, in unused condition. Return package within 30 days. Our distribution center will not accept any returned package without RMA.

2. Be certain to include your customer number, as well as your name, address, zip code and phone number in case we have a question. 

3. Please send your return package by insured US mail or UPS. The fee for shipping the package back to Manufacturer or to the company directly must be paid by customer.

4. Once we receive the return we will credit your account within 14 business days.

5. For exchange(s) please include any price difference with your return(s). If you are paying the balance with a credit card, please include the account number and expiration date.
